Halloween is right around the corner then its time for Halloween. I would like to share a children’s book that teaches us to give thanks which is perfect for Thanksgiving reading. Then children’s book is called Duck and Hippo Give Thanks written by Jonathan London. I received a physical copy of the book in exchange for this review.
Charlie and I will by ourselves most of the day because David works until 3pm. Unless we go down to David’s mom’s. That is if she decided to cook which at the moment is up in the air. No only that a lot of times Granny Sherry doesn’t have food Charlie would eat. Or food that I like.
Charlie and I have decided this year we will Pizza or Nacho’s. When Charlie decides which one then I will take him to get the ingredients for our Thanksgiving Meal. Would you like to join us for our unconditional dinner?
Charlie and I sat down together to read DUCK AND HIPPO GIVE THANKS
together because we cooked dinner. I know plenty of people eating by themselves. Charlie and I would like to invite them to have dinner with us. If there able we would like to have everyone to bring there favorite food to share with one person.
Once everyone arrives Charlie plans on reading DUCK AND HIPPO GIVE THANKS
then they can see why we choose to host a Potluck Meal. Which will explain why we had everyone bring there favorite meal to share. The book will teach everyone it’s better to give than receive.
After sharingDUCK AND HIPPO GIVE THANKS with David. David let me know he would like to purchase a copy of for his grandson Elijah and also his niece Payton. Once David was done talking I let him know I wanted to purchase a copy for my niece Lily and nephew Jason.
Charlie heard David and I talking and Charlie let me know he would like to purchase a couple copies of DUCK AND HIPPO GIVE THANKS to donate to the school he used to go to. As well give copies of the book to his friends for Christmas. After hearing this from David and Charlie I knew Duck and Hippo Give Thanks were a huge hit with my family. As well as a book we would need to add to our own Library.
