Charlie eats, breathes and sleeps Soccer. David also did when he was in High School. With them both enjoying Soccer it allows both Charlie and David a way to bond without using electronics.
I would like to share a children’s book I received in exchange for a review and I would like to let you know the thoughts in this review are mine and my families.
Charlie has decided The Wild Soccer Game is the book he will be reading for class next week. Charlie is required to read for 30 minutes a evening. I like knowing Charlie has chosen The Wild Soccer Game as it is a Chapter Book. Charlie will be able to know where he is each evening by stopping on a new chapter each night.
I have a feeling when David see Charlie reading The Wild Soccer Game that he will take over listening to Charlie read because it features Soccer in the novel. Allowing me to have some time to myself from always being the parent who makes sure Charlie’s homework is done and his reading log has been signed each evening.
The championship game pits Max the Golden Boot and his team against the Wild Soccer Bunch. Max is so hooked by their attacking game that he dreams of being one of them. Although he is an amazing player, Danny and Kevin don’t want him on the team. A power struggle ensues and threatens to break up and destroy the Wild Soccer Bunch, who are on the top of their game.
I would like to let you know that you can purchase The Wild Soccer Game on Amazon and there are other books in this series. If you use the links inside this post to purchase these books I will make a small percentage of the item you purchase as I am a Amazon Affiliate which allows me to earn a fee from items you purchase.
Thank you,
