I will be starting the Keto Diet Mondy, and I thought I would share my week one Menu with you. For the actual recipes, you can click on the links, and it will take you to the websites where I found them. If there is something, you don’t care for you can search Google or Pinterest and find Recipes to make. Let’s raise a glass to me and my diet because it’s Keto Or Burst time!!
As you begin your Keto Diet I would like to let you know I was recommended two drinks the first is a De-cleanse called Detox Water and the second Green Tea without any Sweetner in our Tea.
Day One

2 Boiled Eggs with Butter and 3 Sausage Links
Lunch
Tuna Salad on Lettuce (For my Tuna Salad) I used Eggs, Pickles, and Onions with a little bit of Diet Mayonnaise. With the Tuna Salad, you can add anything you want to it including Nuts, and Fruits as some people like adding Grapes to there Tuna Salad.

6 Little Smokies, 2 Slices of Cheese and a Handful of Peanuts
Lunch
Chef Salad I would like to remind you to use a mixture of Lettuce including Spinach, and then you can add your favorite items including Steak or Chicken if you want. With a Low-Fat Dressing and a Keto Roll

Keto Mac and Cheese and 6 Little Smokies

Keto Waffles and 3 Slices of Bacon with Low Fat Syrup

Chicken Salad For the Chicken Salad, you can make yours the way I do with Eggs, Pickles and a little bit of Mayonesse or you can add Fruit and Nuts to yours. I will also have a Low Fat Keto Roll with mine, and I can eat the Chicken Salad on the Roll or on a plate which I prefer to a Sandwich.
