Charlie, David and I will be attending a new event this evening. We will be heading to Checkered Past Winery for Wine and Magic Show put on by Trigg Magic. David, Charlie and I are visiting Checkered Past Winery for the first time this evening.
David is so excited that he has called me a couple of times from work to check on what time we will need to leave. I let David know that there aren’t any assigned seats so the earlier we arrive, the better seats we will get.
David and I talked with us coming from Haltom City and not knowing exactly how to get to the venue or what type of traffic we would end up encountering we decided to leave no, later than 5 pm. As this would give us ample time to find parking we had three options.
PARKING UPDATE: As I was typing this and printing out the directions on how to get to the venue. I received this update on the parking.
The shows begin at 7 pm and 9:30 pm. With David having to be up the next morning at 4 am we decided to see the 7 pm show. With traffic leaving Dallas to Fort Worth it may take us closer to an hour to get home.
Although I know this show is going to be worth the messing sleep he will get. I am just happy he was willing to go with Charlie and I. Although I have friends who would have loved to come although I wanted to spend the evening with my family.
