Homeschool Resources: Pre-Writing Skills Activity Bundle

The Mommies Reviews

Charlie has the most atrocious handwriting of anyone I know. I love my child, but as we sit down to do Homework sometimes, it’s easier for me to write out what he needs because then I know I can read it. The other day David was helping Charlie with his homeworking, and they were fighting over the way he was writing. So I decided to research writing resources to help Charlie practice his writing each day. So this evening I would like to let you know about new support I plan on purchasing for Charlie. It is the Homeschool Resources Pre-Writing Skills Activity Bundle

I try so hard to pick my battles and to not argue over his handwriting, and I pray that it will improve over time. I know I can blame it on Charlie being Dyslexic or having ADHD although Charlie tries to pull that card at times. Which I hate seeing him do so this week we are going to work on one letter at a time in printing, and when we master it, we will move on to cursive.

Pre-Writing Skills Activity Bundle from Heather at Growing Hands-On Kids. Pre-Writing Skills Activity Bundle is a limited time bundle that she has put together to give parents, teachers, and therapists a resource for working on handwriting problem areas.

Heather uses her knowledge as an Occupational Therapy Assistant to create engaging activities that your child will have fun. All of the events in this pre-writing bundle are geared towards age-appropriate skills and developmental exercises to help improve your child’s pre-writing skills for future handwriting.

She does not believe in only using a pencil or crayon to practice pre-writing lines on worksheets. In each of her products, Heather gives hands-on tool suggestions to increase the excellent motor skill practice your child will get with each activity.
