Making Her Mama

I have been searching online for a while looking for a Homeschooling Blog who focus on 4th grade. I was just about ready to throw in the towel. Although God heard my needs and he lead me to an event online. Through the event I was able to visit different blogs.

I would like to let you know these blogs were blogs I hadn’t heard of before the event. As I made my rounds, I ended up on a blog called  Making Her Mama

I would like to let you know through all my searches and not finding a 4th Grade Blogger the Lord brought me to this new site. Before you ask me yes, Making Her Mama is a 4th Homeschool Grade Homeschool Blogger. I am over the moon!

Nadine Best | Making Her Mama

The first thing I found when looking around  Making Her Mama website was a post titled 4th Grade Curriculum. I don’t feel like the only 4th-grade parent in the universe homeschooling my child.

All I could say as I read through her post I would like to say thank you God for leading me to Nadine’s website because she offers suggestions on which curriculum to use in our classroom.

By using these resources, Nadine will save me time because I will not have to Google resources to use in our classroom. Which I would have had to do before finding her website.

I can tell you that not knowing what I needed I would have spent time searching and not be able to teach Charlie. Which isn’t good as it would allow Charlie to fall behind in school. I didn’t want that to happen.

I hope you take the time to check out Making Her Mama because you will find Homeschooling 101 and how to get started. For our family all I can say is where was Nadine when we were starting our Homeschooling journey? While visiting Nadine’s site, Please take the time to leave her a comment and let her know we wish her the best in her classroom this year.

HEY, I’M NADINE!

I’m the creator of Making Her Mama & a busy homeschooling mama to 4 boys. I love sharing my experiences to encourage other moms. My family lives on Vancouver Island in Canada where we try to live naturally while raising our kids by faith.
Thank you,
