Ultimate Blog Challenge! Day 15

Good morning, can you believe tomorrow is Easter? Do you have anything fun planned for tomorrow? As for us David works so Charlie and I will just hang around the house.

David’s moms is hosting a Easter Egg hunt at the park but the last time I asked Charlie if he wanted to go he sad no. So I think we will just have a lazy day dinner and movies.

I didn’t even get Charlie a Easter Basket or card this year as Charlie said he didn’t want either one. Although I will go up to the Dollar Store this morning and pick up a card for Charlie. As I always try and get one so when he grows up he has them to look back on.

So this morning I am back with the Ultimate Blog Challenge Day Day 15 and I wanted to share the tips they give for us for today. Now this is just a friendly reminder there is still time for you to join us in the Ultimate Blog Challenge. If you do you do not have to use the tips they send us you can blog about anything you want to. So come on join us and make some new friends and find some new blogs to follow.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 15

Create a Resource List!

Brainstorm a topic your readers would be interested in and then offer a resource list.

For example, if you sell cloth diapering products your subscribers most likely have young children, toddlers, or babies. How about a list of links to your favorite websites for fun activities to do with children?

If you sell makeup or personal products you could do links to sites with makeup tips or spa day ideas.

If you sell plastic food storage products you could do food saving tips lists or great recipe blogs.

If you’re into social media, you could list your favorite tools.

Bloggers could list favorite posts or plugins.

Brainstorm a bit, and you’ll come up with something fun and useful for your subscribers. If you get a large enough list of links, divide it into a part one and part two, and you’ve got your next two posts done!

Don’t forget to share your Day 15 post first on your website, and then head over to the Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/UltimateBlogChallenge and share the URL of your post with the group.

If you are tweeting, use the #blogboost to let folks know you are part of the community!

Now that they have asked us to create a resource list I am going to have to think about this for a while. As I can’t think of anything I can create a list for. So I am just going to leave it out there for you to do.

If I think of something I will come back and add it to this post. In the meantime get off this computer as it is Easter weekend and go and spend some time with your friends and family.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
