I’m sharing my thoughts on a new children’s book called Harry and the Hot Lava published by published by Chris Robertson.
I would like to let you know I received a code to download Harry and the Hot Lava for free but the thoughts in this review are mine and my families.
As a mom of a little boy who is 6, I knew Charlie would love Harry and the Hot Lava just from the title of the book. The illustration on the book cover are so fun to look at. I believe Harry and the Hot Lava would make a great Gift for Charlie’s teachers. As well as a Gift for Charlie and I to donate to the school’s library.
I would like to let you know Harry and the Hot Lava is a children’s book either a boy or girl would enjoy. This children’s book is for children of all ages. I think adults would also enjoy Harry and the Hot Lava. Or at least I enjoyed reading Harry and the Hot Lava a whole lot. In fact I would read the story to Charlie over and over because I can see Charlie asking for this book each night at bedtime.
Once I sat down and opened Harry and the Hot Lava Charlie came over and looked through the book. Charlie asked if we could read the story right then instead of waiting until bedtime. Charlie and I took turns reading the story together and even David stopped and sat with us to listen to the story and he was quite.
Charlie loved the plot and so did David. Once I finished reading, they let me know they would like to find more books written by Chris Robertson because they would make nice gifts for the children in our family. Or for the Angles we adopt at Christmas. I loved the illustrations inside the book because they’re full of color and fun to look at. I could see Charlie even sitting down and drawing pictures based on the story in the book.
I know if I still homeschooled Charlie like I did Suzzane Harry and the Hot Lava would make a nice addition to our reading class. As you read the story you can use your imagination and make the story last longer which is cool. Or you can act the plot out to get kids up and moving around which Charlie and I did.
I even showed the neighbors the cover of Harry and the Hot Lava and asked what they thought of the cover. The man said he wouldn’t mid reading the book. I asked if Harry and the Hot Lava would be something they would share with their children and every one of my neighbors said yes, they would. Most of my neighbors even let me know they would purchase a copy for there own home.
If you haven’t had the time to check out Harry and the Hot Lava, then I would like to suggest you check this new children’s book out as soon as possible. Which You can purchase from Amazon. I would also like to ask if you would check out Chris Robertson website where you will find many other children’s books written and published by him.
You can share the website with your family and friends and tell them about these books as well. Kit and Kaboodle and I’ll Trade My Peanut- Butter Sandwich.
I would love to purchase Kit and Kaboodle because I love elephants and Monkeys. Charlie would like to purchase I’ll TRADE My Peanut-Butter Sandwich because he doesn’t much care for Peanut Butter and wouldn’t mind trading his sandwich he says.
There are a few other children’s books published by Chris Robertson you should check out because I found a book written about teeth The Tooth that’s on the Loose and as many teeth as Charlie is losing, I know he would enjoy this children’s book as well.
