I’m EXCITED!! Were remodeling our home. I would like to let you know it’s been forever since I was able to talk David into working on our trailer. Now, things have changed as were purchasing our home.
I would like to share something with you that might surprise you. This time it’s David who has decided it’s time to remodel our trailer. I didn’t even ask David to do anything, and he has been telling me what he wants to do.
I’m surprised, blessed and excited. There is so much I wanted to do inside our home only I didn’t think David would want to do anything. I quit asking David or sharing plans I would like to do with David on what I wanted to do to our home.
Then the past couple weeks as we waited for our Income Tax to arrive David began making a list of projects he wants to do including the supplies we would need. If we do everything David and I would like to do once we finish we will have a new trailer.
I would like to share with you some of the projects we’ll be doing. The first thing were working on is painting the dining room and no, I’m not sure which color were painting.
Then we will fix the wall in the living room and repaint the wall which was messed up a brown to match the rest of the living room unless I can talk David into a new fresh up to date color. Which I am PRAYING I can do.
In Charlie’s room were gutting the room so we can repaint the walls. Then I want to put up shelves. David and I plan on purchasing a Gamer Chair for Charlie.
I would like to add a chalkboard wall and David is working on a cork board wall so Charlie can hang posters up. I plan on purchasing a Daybed or a Trundle Bed for Charlie.
In my dad’s room/ my office, we’ll be purchasing sheets and quilts for Charlie’s car bed. Then I plan on moving Suzzane’s Hope Chest out of there and turning this room into the master bedroom because we’ll be closer to Charlie. I plan on purchasing shelves to hang on the walls.
Inside the restroom which is Charlie’s restroom we’re replacing the faucets and picking out a shower curtain for Charlie’s restroom and we will purchase a rug for the floor.
Replacing the shower head for the shower so we can use it giving us two full baths. If there is space I also want to put up shelves on the walls. I just need to decide on what type of shelves.
In the kitchen, we’ll be looking for new kitchen faucets as well as a dishwasher along with a kitchen table and chairs. I m going to repaint all of the kitchen cabinets.
Then next year David will be redoing all the cabinets in the kitchen for me. If I can talk David into it I would like to paint over all the wallpaper in the kitchen.
In our bedroom, we’ll be touching up the paint in the bedroom. This will become my office. The master restroom will be gutted and cleaned so if I have clients over they have a restroom to use.
We will put shelves on the wall as well as purchasing book cases for the items we review. I will add a TV Cabinet as well as my Treadmill so I can take breaks and work out daily.
Outside we’re adding rock to the yard. Then I will purchase a picnic table and chairs along with a firepit for the yard. Then we can entertain our friends and family.
We have a Grill but I want to get a Swing and redo our shed if it’s possible. Along with Flower Baskets to hang on the fence. Then I would like to set up Charlie and David’s Cactus Garden.
I found a lot of the decorations we will need on Tidy Living that will turn our house into a home. I can’t wait to share the websites with Charlie and David.
I know they will want to shop on Tidy Living as much as I do. I’ve been watching the Home Shows like Property Brothers on television. I keep seeing more and more floating shelves.
With David agreeing to redo the home I know I need shelves. I let David know I would like Floating Shelves. Now, I just need to convince David its the way to go.
I visited a website called Tidy Living and they had the shelves I wanted. I can’t wait to show the shelves I found and to ask David if we can purchase them once we begin redoing our home.
