Is David the Only Man That Will Not Use A Schedule? I ask this as David was early to work on Saturday morning as he thought he was supposed to work the AM shift although he was confused and was scheduled to work the PM shift. David went in and was there for about an hour when they sent him home just to return at noon on Saturday.
As I woke up around 5;30 this morning and turned everything on so I could do some work before David left for work. When low and behold the phone rang, and it was David’s boss asking him where he was as he was supposed to be at work this morning. His boss jumped all over him which I can’t blame him for doing.
I told David before he comes home today he needed to get a copy of his schedule so we can put it up on the refrigerator. This way we can check it every day to see which shift David is working. What I can tell you is that David most likely will not come home with his schedule so this will keep happening, and it scares me as it might cause David to lose his job and would be beyond horrible.
So my question for you is how you would handle this? I am thinking of calling David’s boss and having him emailing me a copy of David’s schedule each week. But I don’t want David to guess I don’t trust him. So at this point, I am at a loss as to what to do or not do.
David is the same way with directions he never wants to ask for them and numerous times we have been late getting to where we need to go. So again how do you handle this as we do not have a GPS and at this time I can not afford to purchase one for David?
Although with Valentines Day right around the corner I might see if I can’t come up with the money and at least purchase a GPS system for David. Now, I know that doesn’t help with the scheduling problem, but it does tackle the directions and getting lost.
