Dinner at Bonefish Grill

I was sitting her working yesterday something kept nagging at me to call Bonefish Grill to make sure they had our reservations and that the manager I was supposed to meet was there. I tell you that about the phone call I would like to say to you about what happened before we even left home.

Around 3 o’clock yesterday I called Bonefish in Southlake and asked to speak to Mishra West as she was the Manager I was asked to talk to when we arrived. I waited for Mishra come to the phone. I could feel myself getting more nervous for some reason. Mishira went to the phone and I let her know her who I was and that I had reservations for three at 5 o’clock. Mishra said she didn’t see a reservation for us. I explained we would be there for the Dine Rewards program.

Mishira then asked for my number and that she would call me back as she needed to check with another manager. I hung up and tried to stay busy while I waited on Mishira to call me back. Before she hung up, I made sure and gave her my contact information. From the way she acted, I wasn’t sure she knew who he was. Which made me even more nervous.

About 10 to 15 minutes later Mishira called me back and apoligized for any inconvienance and let me know they would be ready for us at 5. In the the meantime was there anything else she could help me with. I let Mishira know there wasn’t and we would see her around 5 o’clock.

I hung up and continued to get dressed as I did I ended up with a text from Davids mom letting me know time was dragging on and she was ready when I was. I gave her realize it was just her and I going because Charlie wanted to stay home and help his dad with his Club House they were building.

As soon as Charlie found out we had to stop and get gas, he changed his mind because he wanted to come and help his grandmother, so she didn’t have to put the gas in as it was cold. Charlie didn’t want his granny standing outside putting the gas into her car. See I do have a little gentleman.

Once we finished we started out for Bonefish. I would like to remind you I am in Haltom City and we were only going to Southlake. We left my house at 3:30 so we wouldn’t be late arriving. The way Sherry went we didn’t arrive until 4:45 as we did end up in the wrong lane and had to turn around and circle back.

With all the different shopping centers in Southlake, I was afraid we would have trouble finding Bonefish that we didn’t. Sherry saw it before Charlie, and I did. As she saw there sign on the building. Other than being in the wrong lane we didn’t have any trouble finding Bonefish.

Once we arrived Sherry and I could name 3 different ways to get to Bonefish from Haltom City and that it wouldn’t take us near as long the next time we go to bring both Davids back to dinner at because Bonefish wasn’t as far as either of us thought it would be.

All three of use get out to go inside Bonefish we saw so many fun stores to shop at that the next time we come that we are going to plan on staying and buying in Southlake as there were stores we didn’t have in Haltom City.

Be watching for part 2 telling you about our Dinner at Bonefish to see what we ordered and how we liked it. As well as if we would or wouldn’t visit again.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
