Gaming is big business

Gaming is big business. However, I’m sure I’m not the only parent that’s ever worried about the impact that game consoles can have on their child. Of course, gaming in moderation is excellent, but you don’t want it to rule their lives.

There’s also the violence and other features that you need to consider. Thankfully, the FIFA soccer simulator keeps children protected from those features. If it’s going to keep Charlie away from GTA and Call of Duty, I’m more than happy to see him play FIFA. But this is far from being the only benefit.

It might sound a little strange, but the football video game can be a fabulous education tool. For starters, your child will increase their geography knowledge by seeing the names and flags of various countries. Meanwhile, FIFA 16 also has women’s teams. So it forces home feelings of gender equality too.

From a parent’s perspective, one of the main reasons to love this game is the cost. Sports games have far more significant longevity than games with a chronological narrative. Inexpensive FIFA 16 Ultimate Team game coins offer a far better solution than buying new games. Better still, enhancing your son or daughter’s time on FIFA will keep them away from the gruesome titles on the market.

The fact you won’t be spending vast sums of money will allow you to afford other forms of entertainment. Every parent should want their child to lead an active lifestyle. By playing FIFA, your child will become more interested in soccer. You can quickly capitalize on this growing passion by sending them to soccer camp. Permanently, virtual football and real life football can come together in one package. What more could ask?

Nowadays, most kids play their games via the internet. They are likely to play with their friends, and FIFA allows them to create teams. Together, they’ll also learn the importance of teamwork. After all, they can’t win that virtual match if they aren’t united.

Moreover, with the use of their headsets, they’ll also learn to communicate. Of course, there are better ways to develop these skills. But these elements can aid their progression. When combined with physical environments, they’ll soon grow to be confident children.

For most children, gaming has become a passion. As a loving parent, you should always look to celebrate those passions in life. Let’s face it; you’d rather a bedroom decorated with posters of Cristiano Ronaldo than the gun-wielding baddies from Gears of War.

All parents can appreciate the positive impact that sport can have on a child. Virtual soccer doesn’t replace those benefits, but it can enhance them. Perhaps the most significant reason to choose this game for a child, though,  it’s timed and this in itself makes it far easier to monitor how long they’re spending on the play. Moreover, it becomes a lot easier to compromise with your children too.

FIFA 16: you might not be my favorite toy of Charlie’s, but you’ve certainly saved me a lot of hassle with other games. Thank you.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
