And as I begin my day this Carrot Cake took me back to when my daughter was still alieve as she loved Carrot Cake. And would get it when we would go out to dinner and share it with my Ex Husband. And since I am not sure if David likes Carrot Cake or not I am thinking I might make this lovely Carrot Cake from Momma Lew for Charlie and David for dessert tomorrow. Since David will actually be here for dinner. And this just might be the only way I get either David or Charlie to even try to eat there vegetables.

That looks like a delicious carrot cake. I have never tried to make gluten free one, so I should try your recipe. It looks nice and moist, I guess the carrot helps with that.
