Crime At Christmas Time: Murder Mystery Dinner
Murder Mystery
Nothing is keeping Regina Baxter from throwing her annual Baxter Holiday Bash! And this year the event is guaranteed to be one to remember! With Bel Air’s elite home for the holiday, a cold case becoming hot again, and the battle for the DA position heating up – the party will be nothing short of show-stopping.
As the clan of fanciful neighbors reunite there is excitement in the air… until one fateful guest falls down DEAD! With scandals swirling, the guests must solve the murder in time to make their holidays holly and jolly once again.
What to expect as a Murder Mystery Dinner:
Messina Hof is well known for its Murder Mystery Dinners which are their own brand of “dinner theater,” that date back to the Middle Ages. Guests would dine and enjoy entertainment from actors and storytellers.
However, with Messina Hof’s Murder Mysteries, our guests are the actors and storytellers. Before the date of the events, each guest will receive a character assignment which will help you decide on a costume. Sound fun doesn’t it?
Each Murder Mystery Dinner is led by an equally thematic host, who will “set the stage” and guide you through the story. Not only will you be treated to a fabulous three course dinner, but each course is expertly paired with one of Messina Hof’s award-winning Wines. In between each course, each character will be able to interact and collect clues as to who the murderer is. Or is it you? If so, then make sure you’re clever enough to avoid suspicion…
Menu:
– Winter salad with diced apples, spiced pecans, feta cheese, and warm caramelized onion vinaigrette
– Pork loin with red wine cherry chutney
– Classic risotto
– Sugar snap peas with red peppers

William Lee Martin’s “The Nuttier Cracker” A Christmas Stand-Up Spectacular
**THIS IS NOT A BALLET. THIS IS ADULT COMEDY WITHOUT THE ADULT LANGUAGE.
IF YOU HAVE A GUEST WHO MUST STAY IN THEIR WHEEL CHAIR, PLEASE CALL AHEAD AT 817.410.3100, TO ENSURE PROPER SEATING.
Comedian William Lee Martin is bringing his annual Christmas standup comedy spectacular The Nuttier Cracker to Grapevine’s Palace Theatre. With fan favorites like I’m Dreaming of a White Trash Christmas, brand new standup material, plus guest comedians and musicians, this is one Christmas variety show you don’t want to miss.
With his signature cowboy hat, boots and Texas drawl, it would be easy to lump the blue-eyed, 6-foot-2-inch Martin into the category of “another guy doing a Country act.” Drawing from real life experiences, Martin’s vibrant routine reflects life as a husband, father and friend.
That authenticity is connecting with mainstream America, crossing cultural lines and social status boundaries. His humor is sharp, original and occasionally laced with sarcasm and innuendo, but without the overt adult language prevalent with so many in today’s comedy landscape.
When Martins not touring theaters and clubs, he can be found as a top-rated headliner on Carnival Cruise Lines or hosting his weekly podcast for broadcast, A Stand Up Dad, where he interviews celebrities and news-makers about the state of being a modern-day dad. His comedy specials can also be found on major streaming platforms.
