Ingredients

  • 8 oz. dark chocolate
  • 2 cup. unsalted raw almonds
  • Sea salt If you wish I personally wouldn’t use Sea Salt because my family doesn’t use Salt of any kind.
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring until fully melted.8 oz. dark chocolate
  2. Stir the almonds into the chocolate, and toss until well coated.2 cup. unsalted raw almonds
  3. Place the chocolate-covered almonds onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
  4. OPTIONAL Sprinkle almonds with sea salt, and set aside until the chocolate is set .
  5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
