Christmas Gift Guide: 365 Days of Shoes Picture-A-Day® Wall Calendar

The Mommies Reviews

I wanted to share a new calendar which you will find inside our Christmas Gift Guide 24: 365 Days of Shoes from Workman Calendars a part of Hatchette publishing and Page A Day Calendar in exchange for this review.

I don’t know about you but shoes was an Obsessive Extravaganza for Suzzane just like this calendar. The only nice part about Suzzie being obsessed with shoes was she word Flip Flops and we could purchase those without breaking the bank. Thank the LORD.

Now, Charlie is following along in her footsteps and he is obsessed with Tennis Shoes and let me tell you some of the shoes Charlie would like to have could and would break the bank or at least my bank. Life is crazy how two children can be so different.

I can’t wait to share 365 Days of Shoes Picture-A-Day® Wall Calendar with Charlie because there is both men and women’s shoes. Let me tell you there is a lot of Heels I know my sister would have liked to have. I would want the Mosaccions.

If Charlie was still #Homeschooling full time we could have used the calendar and studies shoes as part of our lesson plans and cobblers. Through the calendar Charlie will be able to learn about different styles of shoes including Stilettos and platforms and so much more.

On each page of 365 Days of Shoes is a full page photo and throughout the page is even more styles of shoes. Each month shows the calendar broke down into weeks and then days with a square with enough room to write a note to keep us organized at all times.

There is a quote on each page from a style icon we can study to learn more about them and why they created shoes. The calendar is adapted from Linda O’Keefe’s internationally best-selling book Shoes, a fashion must have.

Each month features a large full-color photograph at the top, plus dozens more throughout the grid, and a quote from a style icon. Adapted from Linda O’Keefe’s internationally bestselling book Shoes, it’s fuel for the fashion lover’s passion.
