I had lunch yesterday with my best friend Debbie Finney Sutton with Charlie and his best friend at Olive Garden yesterday. When Debbie dropped us off at home she mentioned a series on TV called The Baxter’s based on a series of books written by Karen Kingsbury. I came into the house yesterday and turned the series on.
My goals was to just watch one of the shows by Roma Downey but I ended up getting caught up in the story or the Baxter’s and his 3 daughter and his son. Before I knew what was happening David was walking in the door from work. I had been watching the series all day long. By the next morning I had finished the series and I can’t wait for the new season to begin.
Knowing the series was based on a set of books written by Karen Kingsbury and found out there is over 10 books in the series. I can’t wait to go to half Price Books to see if they have any of the books for sales. If not then I plan on going to the Library and if they don’t have any I will either order the book from Amazon or visit a local book store. Would you like to come with me?
