I would like to share a new book with you There is Another Way to Happiness: The Four Step CAST Process that Will Transform Your Life by  Ski Chilton (Author), Josh Chilton (Author) I received a copy of in exchange for this review.

There is Another Way to Happiness: The Four Step CAST Process that Will Transform Your Life teaches us about the CAST process, which my family hadn’t ever heard of. As you begin reading the book you will see it’s a step–by- step guide towards better self awareness and personal growth for I read the book on my own but as I finished the last page I knew this would be a book I wanted David and Charlie to read.

Ski Chilton invites readers to slow down and tune into themselves to find solutions to fear, anxiety, pride, people-pleasing, and so much more. Whatever may be your interpersonal ailment, you will be shown a process of inquiry that helps overcome unhelpful thought patterns and tap into your deeper sense of wisdom.

The book is easy to read and will be hard to put down. You will find it touches on spirituality which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but doesn’t bother my family. The Author He explores the realms of the Spirit, The Mind, and The Physical through this four-step process to happiness.
The Author has included tools and techniques throughout I plan on trying out and I believe once I begin Charlie and David will join me.

About the book:

Despite a stellar career marked by groundbreaking achievements, Dr. Ski Chilton, a distinguished Scientist, grappled with persistent negative emotions, unpredictable reactions, broken relationships and deep depression. His quest for understanding propelled him into the Science and philosophy of free will, questioning if humans (or he) truly possessed it. I

n his 2016 book, The Rewired Brain, he explored Scientific literature that illustrated the existence of two rival minds, emphasizing the dominant influence of the unconscious mind — a factor he identified as the root cause of much of his own suffering and the overarching distress felt by humanity. Yet, this realization was not the full answer he sought.

Then a Sunday morning violent encounter with an untamed Arabian horse nearly cost him his life. From his new vantage point in a wheelchair, the internationally acclaimed biochemist shifted his focus from the purely scientific to the deeply spiritual, immersing himself in mindfulness and meditation practices. This journey not only facilitated his physical recovery but also ushered in a profound spiritual enlightenment he never saw coming.
