I would like to share a cookbook e AMA Family Health Cookbook by Melanie Barnard my mother in law Sherry gave Charlie to use in his Homeschool Cooking Class. Because this cookbook teaches us good food that’s good for you we could also use this cookbook in Charlie’s Health Class. There is over 350 recipes which would allow you to prepare one healthy meal a day for your family.

There is easy to use techniques inside AMA Family Health Cookbook which means beginning cooks to Chefs will be able to prepare and enjoy the recipes. There is tips to help us shop. prepare and even entertain if you decided to. The Author has even included recipes for Desserts like Double Chocolate Brownies and comfort food like Modern Macaroni and Cheddar.

For adventurous eaters like David there is Ethnic recipes I’m sure he would like as for Charlie and I don’t know if we would try them or not. How about you? I like how the author teaches us what each dish contains including fats, Sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates and how much protein is in the foods. Which in a lot of diets we need to know.
