I would like to share a new self- help book we received called Practical Happiness Four Principles to improve Your Life by  Pamela Gail Johnson (Author) Founder, Society of Happy People in exchange for this review.

I was surprised to find out there is 31 kinds of love but I’ve enjoyed learning more about them which has helped me understand my family more. I like how the author left a happiness counter for us to use which will determine how many happy moments we had in our day which was fun for me to see since I’ve been dealing with depression again.

I plan on having my son use the quiz with his friends and family and to complete a report showing what he learns. I liked knowing the stories in the book are about real people.
