I wasn’t sure if you knew it or not but when Homeschooling Charlie we use Board Games. Sometimes I would like to host a Game Night with adults. Which means we need to purchase adult games which we don’t have many of. Now through though this review and the newest addition to our Christmas Gift Guide: 23: You’re Getting Old. I have the perfect Gift for David and I to play. Or I could invite my girl friends over for Game Night. Would you like to join us?
Als Charlie turns 16 this year around Christmas depending on what the cards say he might actually be able to play You’re Getting Old with us. Which I will not be able to answer until Christmas when David gets the game as I’ve put it into our Gift closet so neither of them see the game and want to play it. Be watching once Christmas is over for David and our thoughts as we play the game. Would you like to join us for Game Night? I will furnish the drinks and snacks.
You’re Getting Old (Vango): Do you think that age is just a number? Play against your fellow millennial friends to determine who’s managed to hold onto some semblance of their youth! With moving your mini-avocado playing piece along your path to getting old card, there are 300 available cards with prompts.
Each features two prompts: an “Old” prompt like “ You’ve scrolled through Spotify and thought to yourself, “Who the hell are these people?” If you have, woah you’re getting old and need to move forward a space. You can regain your youth by answering the “Redeem” prompts on the cards! The first player to reach the last space is the loser. The player with the lowest space wins the game and gets the satisfaction knowing they are younger…at heart.
