The Magical Girl’s Self- Care Coloring Book

The Mommies Reviews

I would like to share a coloring book I received for adult ladies although I could see people of all ages using the coloring book and learning so much from it. Join me in checking out The Magical Girl’s Self- Care Coloring Book Color Your World And Embrace your Inner Power by Jacque Aye (Author), Venus Bambisa (Illustrator) a follow up book to The Magical Girl’s Guide to Life: Find Your Inner Power, Fight Everyday Evil, and Save the Day with Self-Care.

The Magical Girl’s Self- Care Coloring Book allows adult ladies to take time for yourself because this book is here to serve as your self- companion. There are quotes you can repeat to remind you to breath. Inside you will find life-saving nurses, to mystical mermaids and so much more. You just have to take time to open the book and look.

The illustrations in the book are amazing and you should see the fashion outfits the girls are wearing. The weapons are neat and it was fun to ask and see which ones Charlie and David knew. There is even a Witch I want to copy and print out for Charlie to color in our Homeschool Halloween Party as part of his art class. Would you like to join us?

The first mantra touches on heartbreak which I am sure all of us have dealt with at least once or twice. In here they touch on feeling small, feeling defeated, feeling misunderstood, rest, boundary setting which I am sure al of us have had to do at one time or another. Especially if you go to a public school or have siblings like Charlie and I do.

Then there is the mantra for finding love after fighting crime. Accepting boundaries which we need to work on in my home. How about yours? The we learn about freeing ourselves from expectations. They are including overcoming imposter syndrome which doesn’t fit my family. How about your family?

My favorite mantra was knowing you’re more than your career. Someday I don’t feel like that. How about you? Listening to your intuition which we all need to do more off. Anxiety which bot Charlie and I suffer from. How about you? Healing which I need to do especially from the death of my daughter Suzzane.

Friendship breakups which I dealt with as a child and Charlie is going through now and I wasn’t sure to help him. Through the book and the mantra, I know what to say to Charlie now. If you have daughters and there going through things, then you should have them listen to the Podcast and pick up copies of both books for them. Don’t forget the markers, colored pencils and crayons so they can color to their hearts content.
