My School Year

My School Year is an invaluable tool for planning, tracking, and reporting all of your homeschool lessons, activities, and more. This digital planner has tons of useful features to make your homeschooling more organized, more efficient, and more focused.

Food Network via YouTube: See How Candy Corn Is Made

All grades, with parental supervision
Packages of “Candy Corn” line store shelves at this time of year. But how do they make those little tri-color, triangular-shaped sweets? The Food Network provides a terrific video that explains all of the components that go into manufacturing a simple batch of “Candy Corn.”

Since this is provided via YouTube, it may start with a randomly generated commercial, so parents (as always) should supervise viewing. Once the commercial is over, you can watch the presentation on how “Candy Corn” is made by the Goelitz Candy Company (the company that also makes Jelly Belly Jelly Beans).
