As we prepare for Charlies Back to School Camp – Out Party on Thursday I asked Charlie what he wanted to serve for dinner. I thought Charlie would say Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. Charlie surprised me when he said he would like to serve Nachos. I went online and found 20 Delicious Nacho Recipes I thought you might want to check out as we decide which ones we want to prepare for Charlie’s party.
You might ask why Nacho’s and I’ll explain why. Charlie and his dad love visiting Taco Casa and ordering Super Nachos to share. Then we began creating Nachos at home at least once a month.
David is the one creates the Nachos we have for dinner but I will share a tidbit with you. I was the one who taught David how to make the Nachos. Although Charlie refers to the “Nachos” as Daddy’s Famous Nachos.
I don’t even get credit but its okay as it allows Charlie and David to bond over a healthy meal which Charlie will be able to share with his children and that means more to me than anything in the world.

Charlie’s camp out is this week with the Nachos we’ll be making Smores. Now that the food covered is I need to decide on what the children would like to drink besides water.
I question for you this morning. Do you have any suggestions a beverage that would go with Nachos and Smores but be different and unique? The boys would enjoy?
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
