As I searched for new and unusual things to make Charlie for Valentines I went to Pinterest. While on Pinterest I found a blog called We Love Being Moms. We Love Being Moms is blog which I hadn’t heard of before visiting Pinterest.
Now that I have found We Love Being Moms it will be a blog I follow all the time. I enjoyed seeing the crafts we Love Being Moms creates as well as the Freebies they have on there blog.
One of the things I loved is the name of the blog We Love Being Moms as well as the theme which is a circus theme. As around here it seems like I live in a circus. Which mean We Love Being Moms is the perfect blog for my household.
If you take the time to visit We Love Being Moms you will see that it is written by moms who are twins. So today I would like to share a secret with you and it is I have always thought it would be fun to be a twin. I also wish Charlie had a twin.
Now, I would like to ask you to stop by We Love Being Moms and there new post for 14 days of Valentines for kids. I must tell you when I was done reading through 14 days of Valentines for kids I was crying as each day has a message on it that not only reminded me of Charlie but also my daughter Suzzane who is in Heaven and my Nephew David who is now grown.
I was even telling David I knew there wasn’t 14 Days until Valentines but I could just pick my top 5 and use them and they would be the perfect gift for Charlie.
So here are the ones I plan on making Charlie and his friend Aiden:
- Hershey’s candy bar as it is both mine and Charlies favorite candy.
- .The Swedish Fish in memory of my daughter Suzzane.
- .The crayons as Charlie likes to color and it is something we could do together.
- The Balloons as we could let them go into the Sky to Heaven for Suzzane and she would also have a Valentines Gift.
- The last one I would do is the car and ball as it would give Charlie and I something to play with outside which means we would be spending time together.
For a bonus I would give Charlie the one that deals with bubbles. Which we could fill with kisses to sent to Heaven to Suzzane and all of our other family who is in Heaven.
If you would like to do something like this for not only the children in your life but the adults they was kind enough to make tags we can print out and use them use just as they did.
I know I am not talented like We Love Being Moms are but I love knowing with there instructions I can follow which would allow me to make these new and unusual one of a kind Valentines for those on our Gift Giving list.
As I was reading through the post for 14 Days of Valentines Crafts I was telling David I could even print the labels out and put them in a basket which Charlie could take to his teacher as a Gift for her.
Although there is less than 14 days of Valentines for the Kids she could either open 2 a day and 3 on Friday. Or we could just let Charlie pick his favorite 6 and have him take them to the school for his teacher.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David
